Customer Support:

AeroTainer's customer support team is available Mon – Fri 9am-5:30pm EST, to assist you with any questions. Please note: Our Customer Service representatives are not trained medical professionals and therefore cannot provide medical advice.

Shipping:

AeroTrainer ships all orders within 1-2 business days. Credit cards will not be charged unless inventory is available and the order is ready to be shipped. We offer free shipping on all orders to all US addresses (1-5 business day delivery). Shipping to Canada is $20.00 and does not include duties & taxes – these fees may be due when your package arrives (delivery time to Canada is typically 2-7 business days). Orders are shipped via DHL, USPS, UPS, FEDEX or other comparable shippers. All orders can be tracked online. Tracking instructions will be provided in your shipping confirmation email.


Telephone Calls & Call Recording:

When you place an order with us, you will be asked to provide us with a telephone number where we can reach you. Your telephone number is required so that we can reach you with informational calls related to your orders. All calls to and from we may be monitored or recorded for quality and training purposes.

Sales Tax:

We are required to collect sales tax where applicable by law.

Payment Plans:

The Customer acknowledges that we offer our Customer’s the use of third-party payment solution providers, such as ViaBill, and such third-party payment providers are not otherwise associated with us. Customer agrees to release us from any liability for actions or conduct of third-party payment vendors, such as ViaBill. Customer further agrees to indemnify us for any liability to us as result of Customer’s use of any third-party payment vendor, including ViaBill.

Summary-

AeroTrainer offers a payment plan option to its customers through ViaBill for purchases. By using ViaBill, you can receive your order now and pay in 4 easy installments with no extra charge, no interest and no other fees provided you qualify and agree to ViaBill’s terms and conditions. There is also no credit check required to use this service.

How it works-

Should you choose this option, simply select ViaBill as the payment option during checkout. After clicking on the “complete order” button, you will be directed to ViaBill’s payment portal to complete your payment details. The total purchase price of your order, which includes any upgraded shipping and applicable taxes, will be divided into 4 equal payments. The first payment, which is equal to 25% of your total purchase, is charged to your credit or debit card when you place your order. The remaining 3 payments will then be automatically charged approximately every following 30 days thereafter.

ViaBill is a third-party payment solution provider and is not otherwise associated with us. If you need assistance with the payment plan option after your purchase, you must contact ViaBill directly using the information provided at the time of purchase.

Depending on the total purchase price of your order, the amount of each installment may be rounded up or down to make each of the installments an equal amount. Such rounding may increase or decrease the total purchase price.

Gift with Purchase:

During a Gift with Purchase promotion, each AeroTrainer order will be eligible for 1 free gift. Additional items are available for purchase after logging into your online mygolo account.

Return Policy:

AeroTrainer backs all with a 60-day money back guarantee on your first order. The 60-day period begins on the day that your package is received. If you wish to make a return, please contact us at (800) 799-5838 within the first 60 days of receiving your order for a return authorization number and return instructions. 60-day guarantee is good for first time orders of a product only, limit one per customer. Please contact us to ensure that you are eligible for a refund before returning your product to GOLO; returned items that are not eligible for return will not be mailed back to the customer.

Please note: in order to receive a full refund, all items returned must be complete. If nothing is returned, a refund will not be issued. All requests for refunds and returns must be made within 60 days of the receipt of your package. Your return must be postmarked within the time allotted on the return instructions that are issued.

Please note: AeroTrainer does not pay for return shipping fees, and does not refund any shipping costs paid. Packages that are returned without a return authorization number and/or packages refused by the customer at the time of delivery will have a return shipping fee of $12.00 deducted from the refund. To ensure proper credit to your account, we recommend you obtain tracking information on your return package. Please save your shipping receipt until your refund has been received. Refunds are processed within 7 - 10 business days of receipt. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. Credits may take 48-72 hours to appear in your account once they have been processed. This timeframe is determined by your financial institution. Please refer to your financial institution for questions regarding this time frame. We are not responsible for any bank or credit card fees that you may incur. Refunds issued by paper check will be sent via US mail. Address Changes and/or Order Cancellation Requests:

All orders are processed in our warehouse immediately after order placement and therefore requests for address changes and/or order cancellation may not be possible. Order cancellation requests - if we are not able to accommodate the request to cancel an order, the standard return procedure as noted above should be followed in order to receive a refund. Address change requests – if Customer Service receives a request to change the shipping address after the order has been processed for shipping, we will reship a new package provided the customer pays an additional fee. Please contact customer service at 800-799-5838 to arrange payment and new shipment.

Not for Resale:

The resale and/or repackaging of AeroTrainer Products is unauthorized and prohibited. AeroTrainer Products are only sold directly by Us or our approved partners. Accordingly, We will not be liable for any direct, indirect, punitive, exemplary, incidental, special, consequential or other damages arising out of or in any way related to your purchase of products from any entity other than GOLO, LLC.

The content, information, designs, materials, functions and data included in and contained on the www.AertoTrainer.com website (the "Content"), and the products and services marketed for sale on the www.AeroTrainer.com website (the "Products") are protected by intellectual property and other laws. You must comply with these and any other applicable laws when you use the Content, or purchase or use the Products.

Unless indicated to the contrary and subject to your strict compliance with these terms, you may purchase, access and use the Content and the Products only for personal, noncommercial use, and in connection with your authorized purchase of our products. myGOLO.com membership:

In order to register to become a member of GOLO, you must do so in accordance with instructions throughout this Website, by email invitation and the terms and conditions on mygolo.com. If you elect to become a registered user of GOLO's Website, you agree to provide us with true and accurate information about yourself. Without limiting any other provision of these Terms & Conditions you further agree not to register for more than one account, or create a false or misleading identity on this Website. When you become a member, we will e-mail you news, product information, and offers. You may opt out of these by selecting opt out under your account setup, selecting opt out on any electronic communication, calling customer service at 1-800-799-5838 or emailing us at support@golo.com. The GOLO membership is subject to change as the business determines necessary.

The AeroTrainer Warranty:

Manufacturer warrants that The AeroTrainer, an inflatable exercise device (“Product”), is free of manufacturing defects in workmanship and materials, and will repair or replace the Product for one (1) year if it is defective.

The Warranty is valid only in accordance with the following conditions:

1. This warranty applies to the Product only while the Product remains in the possession of the original purchaser and proof of purchase is demonstrated.

2. This warranty requires the purchaser to repair any punctures using the repair kit provided with the Product.

3. The warranty applies to residential use of the Product (unless specifically stated by manufacturer for institutional use) and is void when used in a nonresidential environment.

4. This warranty excludes normal wear, misuse, abuse, alteration, improper service, or non-Product modifications.

5. This warranty does not cover the shipping costs to replace the Product and a defective Product must be returned by the purchaser.

6. THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, AND/OR ALL OTHER OBLIGATIONS OR LIABILITIES ON THE PART OF MANUFACTURER, AND WE NEITHER ASSUME NOR AUTHORIZE ANY PERSON TO ASSUME FOR US ANY OTHER OBLIGATION OR LIABILITY IN CONNECTION WITH THE SALE OF THE PRODUCT.
